Terms of Service

What we offer

Google rank tracking for the keywords you choose, a technical audit of your site, comparison with competitors, backlinks and, if you connect it, your Google Search Console data. We measure rankings; we don’t promise any. Estimated traffic is an estimate and is labelled as such.

Your account

• You’re responsible for your account password and for the email address where you receive the sign-in code.
• The account belongs to a company; its owner decides who joins the team and with which role.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

Plans and prices

• The plans are Free, Starter, Pro and Agency. The limits of each — projects, keywords, audited pages, members, check frequency — are those shown on spokrank.ro and are enforced in the product.
• On the website, prices are in euros per month, excluding VAT; VAT is added at checkout, as required by law.
• The Free plan costs nothing and needs no card. When you sign up you get 14 days of Pro; after that, if you haven’t bought a subscription, the account moves to Free — it isn’t locked and you’re not charged anything automatically.

Payment and renewal

• On the website, payment is made through Stripe. The subscription renews automatically at the start of each period until you cancel it in Settings → Subscription.
• In the phone apps, the subscription is bought through the App Store or Google Play, at the price shown by the store, and is charged to your Apple or Google account. It renews automatically unless you turn off renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• A subscription bought from a store can only be cancelled in the store’s settings: on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel the subscription.
• Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple and Google, under their own rules. For payments made on the website, write to us.

When the subscription ends

The account moves to the Free plan. Your history stays; the free plan’s limits apply from your next action.

Measured data

Rankings, volumes and backlinks come from Google and from data providers. We show them as we receive them, without guaranteeing that they’re complete or that Google shows everyone the same results. The decisions you make based on them are yours.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the service for anything illegal, and don’t try to break into it, overload it artificially or get around your plan’s limits. We may suspend an account that does this, with notice — unless giving notice would harm others.

Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the service running without interruption, but we don’t guarantee that it will be free of interruptions or errors. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months and doesn’t cover indirect losses. Nothing here takes away the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

If we change anything substantial, we’ll tell you by email at least 30 days in advance. If you don’t agree, you can close your account.

Governing law

Romanian law applies. As a consumer you can contact the Romanian consumer protection authority (ANPC) or the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
