Delete your account

How to request deletion

• Email office@spokrank.ro from your account’s email address, with the subject “Delete my account”. In the app, the address is under Settings → Write to us.
• We confirm receipt within 2 working days. If the request does not come from the account’s address, we ask you to confirm it from there, so nobody can delete your account in your place.
• Deletion is completed within 30 days of confirmation, and we email you when it is done.

What is deleted

• The account: name, email address and password (its hash).
• The company, if you are its only owner: projects, keywords, competitors, all ranking measurements, audits and backlinks.
• The Google Search Console connection, together with the access token and the data brought from Google.
• The sign-in log and the notification tokens of your phones.

What we keep and for how long

• Payment documents (invoices, receipts) are kept for as long as Romanian accounting law requires, without the rest of the account’s data.
• If the company has other members, it stays theirs: we delete only your account and your access to it.
• Database backups are overwritten automatically; deleted data disappears from them within 30 days.

Subscriptions

A subscription paid on the website ends when the account is deleted. One bought from the App Store or Google Play can only be cancelled in the store’s settings — deleting the account or the app does not cancel it.

Deleting only some data

You don’t have to delete your whole account to get rid of some data: a project, with its whole history, can be deleted from the project settings, and the Search Console connection can be disconnected at any time from its page.
